30% of the setup fee
Paid the day your client signs. Bigger accounts carry bigger setup fees, so the percentage rewards you for landing them.
Every month after
10% of the retainer
For as long as the client stays — and they stay, because the system keeps getting them customers. Sign once; this keeps paying while we run the account.
What that looks like
A typical mid-tier client is roughly $900 up front plus ~$200/month that keeps coming. Larger accounts run $2,000+ up front and $350+/month. Sign two mid-tier clients a month and by month six you've banked the up-front commissions and built a residual that keeps paying every month after.
